eLearning Background

As an early adopter of eLearning, Dr. Lam entered the eLearning industry in 2001. She serves as the lead trainer, content developer, mentor, and eLearning Coach. As an Organizational Development (HRD) specialist, she have served organizations internationally for over 15 years and helped develop content for a variety of settings including corporate retreats, conferences, Webinars, workshops, online training, face-to-face, and blended learning environments. Her content has been published in digital media including websites, eBooks, eProceedings, peer-reviewed book, newspaper, and social media channels.

Dr. Lam leads our team of Associates and works with clients internationally on projects to strategize, design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives and improve individual and organizational performance. She has developed dozens of blended and eLearning programs.

She is passionate about identifying innovative ways to improve talent, learning and performance and is committed to developing people’s unique talents.  As an educator and social entrepreneur, she’s passionate about using technology (ICTs) to prepare digital leaders to grow, share, and showcase their expertise!
